There are no HRM training for staff since Urban Future is a small company. According to HRM, admin can:
(a) Develop a staffing plan, check their background information clearly before hiring them. Assign the best man to do his job.
(b) Encourage multiculturalism employee in company
(c) Provide motivation

To provide a better working experience with employees, the admin has to contribute the following to raise productivity:
(a) Providing face to face conversations between employer and employees, be a good listener listening to their opinions and suggestions, this may get them involved and interact in the office.
(b) ‘’A team without trust isn't really a team.’’ Trust is essential to an effective team, because it provides a sense of safety. Communication will establish team's feel of safe and comfortable.
(c) Set goals and deadlines/ provide schemes and rewards to motivate employees
