Urban Future is a small office, running by 5 main architects and assistants. Our company is located in Nottingham and start operating in September 2021.
As an admin, has to ensure all the supply in the office is sufficient. For example, providing general supply for stationary, toiletries, refreshments, materials, software and furniture. And to keep contact & good relationship with the supplies.

* Note that, for the computer systems, the admin officer is responsible to keep software and systems up to date. There are no computer support personnel, so the admin requires troubleshooting skills.

Things to discuss with the Financial department:
- Report the monthly's budget based on supplementary needs: stationeries, materials, software, or maybe furnitures
- Report company’s cash and its usage
- Financial budget for running the whole company
- How and when employee get paid
- Investment support, assist in making investment decision, handle liquidity and debts

Things to discuss with the Marketing department:
- Using strategy and plans ahead to eliminate competitors
- How to advertise our product for developers to gain customers- to increase developer interest
- Prepare Trade Fairs and conferences in the 4th year
- Advertise in retail magazines market ourselves to retail developers

- Establishing our brand in developing countries
- Planning to open up pop up shop in airports in various countries, not just train stations.
