2 Office Operations
2.1 Office Operations (Employment/ Staff management)
The first year (2021), we have our 5 main architects, working with 5 assistants, they are placements (Part 1 &2 Architectural Assistant, 2 Technologists, Landscape Designer and Architect)
The second year (2022), and we will employ 1 more assistant.
The third year (2023), we will employ a new Architectural Assistant.
The forth year (2024), we have 2 trainee Technologists join in.
The fifth year (2025), the number of employees stays the same, which are 5 main architects and 9 assistants.
The sixth year (2026), we have 1 more architects to join the business.
Total: 5 architects+ 10 assistants
2.2 Office Operations (Business locations & Expansions)
Our Business is located in Nottingham.
The targets will be retail developers & owners, brand owners
Short term Action 2021 - 2023
we have 5 POP UP shops. They are initially built along the tram stops in Nottingham.
Long term Action 2023 - 2026
we will expand our business for providing investors’ POP UP shop to the other region in the UK.
The system of 3D virtual machines facilities will be up to date every year.
2.3 Office Operations (Relation to local community)
Our product response to:
- The government’s environmental targets, which is lowering the floor space and carbon footprint
- Utilises disused areas
- Green-spaces can be preserved
- Located within the train station, brings in customers from Nottingham's transport users.
